SCORR Marketing Outperforms Other Health Science Industry Agencies
SCORR Marketing, a global full-service marketing and communications firm, completed its annual client survey to evaluate perceptions of marketing performance. When SCORR’s ratings were measured against those from a comparison survey of approximately 100 drug development services companies, the results showed that SCORR outperformed other industry agencies.
SCORR outranked other industry agencies in all key performance indicator categories including: bid turnaround time, client service, communication, ease of doing business, marketing expertise, project management and timeliness.
When asked why clients chose to work with SCORR, the top responses were: health science industry expertise, client service and that SCORR had been recommended to them by a friend or work colleague.
