OTTR Promotes Dedicated Expert to Partner With Clients to Optimize Transplant Services
OTTR, the leading provider of solid organ transplant and cellular therapy patient tracking software, has announced the promotion of Janet Drelicharz, RN, MSN, to manager of client services and clinical optimization. Her new role demonstrates OTTR’s commitment to its customers to provide optimized solutions that ultimately benefit patients.
“Jan is well known in the transplant community and shares our company’s passion for supporting our customers,” said Mike Donnell, co-CEO and chief marketing officer at OTTR. “She will work closely with customers to make sure they are getting the best results possible and that they are using our systems to their highest potential.”
Drelicharz has worked in the transplant community for 20 years, including positions as transplant supervisor and transplant coordinator at several leading hospitals. She most recently was a senior clinical analyst at OTTR.
In her new role, Drelicharz will serve as an advocate for OTTR customers, collaborating with them to access the appropriate OTTR software and services to improve their workflow and optimize patient care. By keeping abreast of clinical and transplant best practices as well as regulatory guidelines and reporting practices, Drelicharz also will be able to help customers maximize the functionality of their OTTR products.
