A brightly lit tradeshow booth for Clinical Ink featuring a wraparound backdrop and branded counter. On the left, a tall banner reads “Explore Lunexis™ – A clear and connected eSource ecosystem” above a stylized tablet icon. Centered, a large wall graphic of a river valley and waterfall is topped by the headline “Imagine a Trial Where Data Streams and Work Flows – Make It a Reality With Clinical Ink” and a video screen showing charts and patient icons. In front, a stacked-stone water feature spills into a shallow basin beside a faux-wood stump seat. Two smiling booth staff—a woman in a navy blazer and another in an orange top—stand behind a counter holding laptops, brochures, and a “Lumenis™ Giveaway” sign, ready to engage visitors.
A professional chef in a white uniform and tall toque stands behind a wooden serving station at a Clinical Ink tradeshow booth. Behind her is a branded banner reading “Clinical Ink – Confident Decisions, Faster” and “Trial insight starts at the source. Make confident decisions—faster: • Crystal-clear insights • A natural trial workflow • Engaged patients.” On the table are stacks of small white plates, potted greenery, and a heated wooden tray with bite-sized samples; beneath, a metal cart holds rows of skewered marshmellows and platters ready for guests.
A flat-style nighttime landscape showing a wide, purple-tinted desert canyon under a sky filled with tiny stars. In the lower left corner, two simplified figures stand on a rocky outcrop dotted with small cacti—one looks through a tripod-mounted telescope while the other points toward the distant horizon across a winding river.

“The booth, the branded giveaways, the s’mores — it all successfully drew people in; and what was even better was the reaction of those that came to the booth; not only about the uniqueness of the booth itself, but the overall interest in what Clinical Ink is all about.”

A pair of hands holds a single-sheet brochure titled “Decentralized Trial Solutions for CROs” beneath the Clinical Ink logo and tagline “Confident Decisions, Faster.” Below the headline, in smaller orange text, reads: “The Lunexis® eSource Advantage, Including BYOD, Starts With Early Phase Development.” Across the center is a wide, colorful illustration of a river valley landscape—with waterfalls, hills, and a sunset—overlaid by a tablet and smartphone displaying the same scene and the Clinical Ink icon. Underneath, the section titled “Today’s Challenges and Solutions” in orange is followed by two columns of body text describing how decentralized, bring-your-own-device (BYOD) eCOA/ePRO tools help sponsors overcome data-capture obstacles. Further down, a bulleted list of benefits for sponsors (e.g., “Gain immediate access to validated data,” “Accelerate recruitment and improve retention,” “Stay better connected with sites”) appears alongside a short list of platform capabilities in navy. The footer along the bottom shows Clinical Ink’s website, phone number, email address, and service offerings (“Direct Data Capture | eCOA | ePRO | eConsent”).
A green-framed collage of a dozen thumbnail slides from a Clinical Ink capabilities presentation, each showing a mix of headline text and colorful spot illustrations: Top Left (three circles): Three small circular cut-outs, each containing a tiny landscape scene (a clinician and patient on a hillside, a boater on a river, a researcher in a cavern) with captions underneath: “Protocol Execution – Focus on the patient, not the statistician,” “The Moment Matters – Effects everything downstream,” and “Better Experience – For sites, patients, CROs, sponsors.” Center Left (wide landscape): A banner-style slide titled “Imagine a Trial Where Data Streams and Work Flows” beneath a panoramic river-and-mountain scene that mirrors Clinical Ink’s signature tablet-and-smartphone overlay graphic. Bottom Left (eSource Ecosystem): A slide labeled “Lunexis™ eSource Ecosystem” showing three block icons—Direct Data Capture, eCOA, and ePRO—arrayed on a complexity spectrum, with two smaller icons below for eConsent and Remote Review. Top Center (patient journey): A slide titled “The Complete & Flexible Patient Journey” with eight small circular vignettes arranged in a loose path, depicting site visits, remote monitoring, mobile app use, and data review, and the subhead “Flexible Options for Sites and Patients; Dynamic; Flexible; Adaptable.” Middle Center (“Beyond Functionality”): A full-bleed title slide reading “‘Beyond Functionality’ – Expertise to Deliver with Confidence” set in orange and gray outline frames. Lower Center (Management System Adoption): A slide headlined “Management System Adoption – PRO-ACTIVE, PRE-EMPTIVE” with three bullet steps for organizational alignment and a circular illustration of a figure at a forest trail junction. Top Right (Solution Architecture): A slide titled “Solution Architecture – Fit-to-Purpose ePRO/eCOA” listing considerations (e.g., on-site diary completion, translations, endpoint support) beside an archer aiming at a target and the line “We keep the end goal in mind.” Middle Right (Data Flow & Review): A flowchart slide titled “Data Flow and Review” showing icons for patient, study coordinator, and investigator feeding into an “eSource, ePRO/eCOA” module, then splitting to Clinical Ink Portal, Clinical Database, and GSK Data Review, with a lower branch to Data Review/Reporting. Bottom Right (starry logo page): A closing-style slide featuring a nighttime desert vista under a star-filled sky, tiny campers with telescope and lantern, and the large Clinical Ink logo with “Confident Decisions, Faster.” Together, these thumbnails convey Clinical Ink’s end-to-end decentralized trial platform—from protocol design through data capture, electronic outcomes, consent, and review—using a consistent palette of greens, purples, blues, and Clinical Ink orange.
A printed wooden-grain postcard laid flat showing Clinical Ink’s logo and three core statements, each illustrated with a circular icon: Vision (under the logo): A person looking through a telescope at a starry sky and distant horizon. Caption: “Be the Preeminent Clinical Trial Data Company From Source to Submission.” Mission: A climber planting a flag atop a snowy peak, the flag bearing the Clinical Ink emblem. Caption: “Improve Patient Lives by Delivering Solutions That Connect Workflows and Data.” Our Responsibilities (six small circles in two rows): Two climbers roped together on a mountainside, one planting a flag. “We Care Passionately About Our Mission.” A runner being recorded on tablet and phone by two onlookers. “We Create Raving Fans of Our Customers and Co-Workers.” Two backpackers at sunrise on a rocky overlook, one pointing with binoculars. “We Pursue ‘a Better Way’ — Relentlessly.” Two cave explorers in headlamps examining crystals beside an underground waterfall. “We Power Customer Insights.” A parachutist in mid-skydive with arms raised. “We Act With Urgency.” Four people of different colors seated around a campfire under a starlit forest. “We Embrace Diversity and Unique Perspectives.” Along the bottom edge, a blue-water wave border carries the tagline: “We are accountable for the QUALITY of our work.”

Mission/Vision
