Office & Administrative Assistant

SCORR Marketing is seeking a full-time Office & Administrative Assistant in our Kearney office to manage the daily activities of the President, as well as managing day-to-day functions of the Kearney office.   

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the President’s calendar
  • Review and manage emails, and determine the appropriate course of action, prioritize requests, and set follow-ups and reminders as needed
  • Assist with meeting coordination for internal and external meetings
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters pertaining to the President and act as a gatekeeper
  • Coordinate and facilitate monthly leadership meetings
  • Provide executive support-related tasks, such as timesheets, expense reports, travel coordination, etc.
  • Manage day-to-day functions of the Kearney office, such as opening and closing of the office, answering the phones, mail distribution, front desk reception, ordering office supplies, running errands, and overseeing building maintenance
  • Assist with other duties as needed

Requirements

  • 2 plus years of experience in customer service and similar work experience
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information and discretion
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or similar area of study
