Office Administrative Assistant

SCORR Marketing is seeking an office administrative assistant for our Omaha office to assist with office and business development administrative duties.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage office communications including answering the phones, mail distribution, front desk reception
  • Manage day-to-day facilities oversight including ordering office supplies, running errands, and building maintenance
  • Assist with setup for client & internal meetings, as needed
  • Assist with trade show preparation
  • PowerPoint presentation preparation and assistance
  • Database maintenance and organization


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a similar area of study
  • 2 plus years’ experience in customer service

Desired Qualifications

  • Strong customer service with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and be proactive, dependable, detailed, personable, and organized
  • Experience in drug development services or health care is a plus
  • Minimal travel may be required
