Marketing Automation Specialist

SCORR is seeking a full-time Marketing Automation Specialist to assist our growing Digital team and help our clients reach their marketing goals. You’ll develop, execute, and measure comprehensive marketing strategies and tactics for our clients. Job Responsibilities

  • Work with marketing team, content team, and internal stakeholders to gather and develop strategy to set up and push campaigns and automation series
  • Utilize A/B testing to uncover opportunities for marketing campaign optimization across the customer life cycle including segmentation and personalization
  • Champion the business owner experience while driving critical business metrics
  • Work with client and internal teams to implement Pardot lead scoring and nurturing mapping
  • Be the technical lead on marketing automation systems
  • Manage forms and web properties in marketing automation systems and monitor performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, PR/advertising, or related field
  • 3-5 years of prior experience
  • Background in digital marketing and awareness of digital marketing trends
  • Ability to seamlessly organize and manage multiple projects
  • Experience with Pardot and HubSpot systems on both technical and marketing projects

Desired Qualifications

  • Pardot, Salesforce, and/or HubSpot certifications are a plus
  • Proficiency with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and ability to learn new software
  • Strong customer service with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Marketing agency experience is preferred
