Business Development Administrator

SCORR Marketing is seeking a full-time Business Development Administrator to join our team. If you have strong organizational skills, are detail oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, SCORR may be the right fit for you. The right candidate will be based in our Kearney or Omaha, NE, office, or may work remote from their home.

Job Responsibilities

  • Be the CRM lead and train employees on the CRM system
  • Identify new contacts to add to the CRM and properly categorize new contacts
  • CRM maintenance and organization
  • Company prospecting and research
  • PowerPoint presentation preparation
  • Travel and trade show preparation and assistance
  • Assist with sales goals and budget tracking
  • Provide administrative support to Sr. Director of Business Development
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, or a similar area of study
  • Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner to all levels in the organization
  • Familiarity with Microsoft programs and CRM tools. Hubspot experience is a plus, but not required.
