SCORR Marketing Adds to Team

(Kearney, Neb., Sept. 30, 2015)SCORR Marketing, a global full-service marketing and communications firm, has expanded its team with the addition of six employees, including: Sarah Berke, Keisha Carson, Dallas Darden, Zach Karl, Holli Kroeker and Howard Wong Ph.D.

With the increasing needs of our clients, SCORR has enhanced several departments, including program management, administration, communications and market intelligence.

“To support our growing client base in the health sciences industry, we needed additional team members to support our service areas,” said Krystle Buntemeyer, senior vice president and chief marketing officer. “This talented group will help us continue to provide a high standard of strategic and creative marketing support for our global clients.”

As program coordinator, Berke supports the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans and tactics for clients. She has held multiple marketing and public relations internship positions at large organizations, including Good Samaritan Hospital and Nebraska Wesleyan University (NWU).  She is a recent graduate of NWU, where she majored in communication studies and minored in marketing and human resource management.

Carson is the executive administrative assistant to Cinda Orr, SCORR president and CEO. Carson provides support for Orr and the leadership team and manages all company travel. Before joining SCORR, she was a case manager at ResCare Workforce Services and an assistant buyer for Buckle Inc.

Joining SCORR as office manager, Darden oversees the day-to-day functions of the Kearney office, such as answering phones, greeting clients and ordering supplies, and she provides administrative support for team members. Prior to joining SCORR, she was the event office manager at Riata Ranch in Cheyenne, Wyo.

Karl, a copywriter, provides clients with messaging for marketing materials, including print and digital ads, press releases, social media, direct mail, websites and more. Before SCORR, Karl was a marketing and communications intern at Northwest Missouri State University, where he recently graduated with a degree in mass media with an emphasis in advertising.

As public relations and media coordinator, Kroeker is responsible for distributing and tracking press releases and developing media plans for clients. Prior to SCORR, she worked as a marketing associate and event coordinator for Outreach Inc. in Manhattan, Kan. She recently graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in business administration.

Wong, a market analyst with 20 years of experience, researches market trends on behalf of clients and coordinates collaborative survey projects with industry trade publications. Most recently, he was the advertising director at Morris Printing Group, where he managed the company’s advertising program and budget, and analyzed and reported data for advertising and market research purposes.
