SCORR Marketing has an immediate opening for a part-time product coordination assistant. Duties include: communicating with vendors and clients on a variety of projects, coordinating and managing logistics for trade shows and client projects, researching materials, sourcing giveaways, running errands, etc. You will be working with internal teams to develop and implement recommendations, options and plans for SCORR and its clients. This position is both clerical and task-oriented.
Candidates must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, strong organizational and prioritization skills, excellent verbal/written communication skills, be extremely detail oriented, proactive, dependable, cooperative, able to work in a very fast-paced environment and think on their feet. Experience in marketing, business or graphic design is a plus.
Estimate 25-35 hours a week, including some nights and weekends. Schedule is somewhat flexible but must be able to work, at a minimum, afternoons from 3:30-5:00 Monday-Friday. We look for this to be a long-time position that could grow into a full-time position at some point.
